This is the section of Montague known as the Montague Plains.
You are in a wildlife management area. The hours are Sunrise to Sunset. Be aware of the hunting hours that are from the Saturday after Columbus Day to the Saturday after Thanksgiving. You will not go into the main area, only to the very beginning of it. You might see all sorts of wildlife. You are on a public road to get here and the area is for the general public. Bring your own pen.
