Fonyód-Zardavári tórendszer napjainkban
A tóegység Fonyód községterületén helyezkedik el, közvetlenül a 7-es műút mellett. Ismertebb neve Zardavári tóegység.
Tápláló vízfolyása a Keleti-Bozót csatorna, ami összeköttetésben áll a buzsáki tavakkal. A tápláló vízkivétel duzzasztás nélkül gravitációsan történik az I.-es (43 ha területen) onnan a II-es (48 ha területen) és III. tóba (42 ha területen). A lecsapolás ugyancsak a tavakon keresztül lehetséges. Az elfolyó vizet az Ordacsehi Berek Nyugati-Főcsatornájába, fogadja ahonnan szivattyús átemeléssel jut a Balatonba.
A tóban pontyok, kárászok, amurok alkotják a halállomány jelentős részét, de a ragadozók közül csuka, süllő és harcsa is megtalálható.A kettes számú szigetes, valamint a mellette lévő hármas tóban különlegességként még lénai tok és compó is megtalálható.

During the walk, we can get a glimpse of the diverse living world of the Fonyód nobles. The area is under special nature conservation protection. In the vicinity of the fishing ponds, a significant population of summer geese raises their offspring year after year. Some pairs of geese that have been nesting here for several years are so tame that you can observe them from almost an arm's length away. In addition to the summer goose, several duck species, including the highly protected gypsy duck, are also frequent visitors.
About hiding and the environment
The choice of the hide was placed not far from the old hide, even after a lot of walking around and thinking. After the establishment of the fishing park, which has since ceased to exist, the image of the lake system changed, the previously passable and beautiful roads became private roads, and thus the image of the landscape became wild.
