Cache is nowhere near the coordinates - no need to go there
Cache is a magnetic mini keyholder, log only. WheresGeorge $ for FTF. Good luck and happy caching! First you have to match the location from where the photos were taken, and then, project a waypoint 81.6 smoots at a true angle of 2.039 radians from the "D" in the center of the circle, and that's where you'll find the cache. Both locations are within the city of Camarillo, just off paved streets.
Note that directions are approximate, +/- 25 degrees.

Note: I initially patterned this puzzle on others that I found in Thousand Oaks, but it got bounced because of lack of GPS usage - that's why it's a two step process
