Oandu küla asub Lääne-Virumaal, Vihula vallas. Küla läbib Altja jõgi. Oandut on esmakordselt mainitud 1517. aastal, seoses jõel asunud veskiga (de molle to owan). Külas asub RMK Oandu looduskeskus ja sealt saab alguse Oandu–Ikla matkatee.
