Kościół Ewangelicko-Augsburski - Kościół Pokoju.
Kościół Pokoju powstał na mocy pokoju westfalskiego (stąd nazwa), kończącego wojnę trzydziestoletnią 1618-1648. Przed jej rozpoczęciem świdniczanie mogli swobodnie wyznawać idee Lutra, w mieście odprawiano nabożeństwa luterańskie.
Po wybuchu wojny ewangelikom odebrano prawo do własnej wiary i kościołów. Zgodnie z pokojem westfalskim, katolicki cesarz Ferdynand III Habsburg został zobowiązany przez Szwedów do zezwolenia ewangelikom w księstwach dziedzicznych w Jaworze, Głogowie i Świdnicy na zbudowanie po jednym tzw. Kościele Pokoju. Habsburgowie surowo obwarowali tę zgodę: ewangelicy mogli wznieść świątynię wyłącznie poza murami miasta, bez wież i dzwonnicy, tylko z nietrwałych materiałów – z drewna, piasku, słomy i gliny. Nie mogła przypominać kościoła, a jej budowa nie mogła przekroczyć roku.
Kościół Pokoju w Świdnicy jest bazyliką na planie krzyża, zbudowaną w technice szachulcowej (drewniany szkielet wypełniony masą z gliny i słomy). To fenomen, że mimo nietrwałych materiałów budynek stoi ponad 350 lat zadziwiając wytrzymałością konstrukcji.

O keszu:
Skrytka umieszczona jest za wiedzą i zgodą administratora terenu i nie znajduje się wewnątrz obiektu.
Kesz ukryty jest pod podanymi współrzędnymi. Na początku zawierał logbook, kilka fantów na wymianę i certyfikaty dla trzech pierwszych znalazców. Nie ma w nim niczego do pisania, dlatego weź coś ze sobą (BYOP).
Zanim podejmiesz próbę zdobycia skrytki zapoznaj się z atrybutami. Zwracam szczególną uwagę na fakt, iż jest to teren prywatny. Ochrona poinformowała mnie, iż skrytkę można podjąć nie później niż do 18:00. Nocą skrytka jest niedostępna, a śmiałków próbujących przekonać się o tym może spotkać niemiła niespodzianka.
Zawsze odkładaj skrytkę na swoje miejsce, czyli dokładnie tam, gdzie ją znalazłeś. Jeżeli uważasz, że w okolicy jest lepsze lokum dla skrytki to poinformuj o tym właściciela, ale sam nic nie zmieniaj. Dziękuję.
Evangelical-Augsburg Church - Church of Peace.
The Church of Peace was created by the Westphalian peace (hence the name), ending the Thirty Years' War 1618-1648. Before its inception the inhabitants were free to profess Luther's ideas, Lutheran services were celebrated in the town.
After the outbreak of the war, evangelicals were deprived of the right to own faith and churches. According to the Westphalian peace, the Catholic emperor Ferdinand III of Habsburg was obliged by the Swedes to allow the evangelicals in the hereditary duchies of Jawor, Glogow and Świdnica to build one so- Church of Peace. The Habsburgs severely fortified this agreement: evangelicals could only raise the temple outside the walls of the city, without towers and belfry, only from unstable materials - wood, sand, straw and clay. She could not recall the church, and her building could not exceed a year.
The Church of Peace in Świdnica is a basilica on the cross, built in half-timbered technique (a wooden skeleton filled with clay and straw). It is a phenomenon that despite its non-durable materials, the building stands for more than 350 years of amazing structural strength.

About geocache:
The cache is located behind the knowledge and consent of the terrain administrator and is not inside the object.
Geocache is hidden under given coordinates. Initially it contained a logbook, SWAG for exchange and certificates for the first three finders. There is nothing to write in it, so bring something with you (BYOP).
Before you try to acquire geocache, get acquainted with the attributes. I pay particular attention to the fact that this is a private area. The Man of Security told me that geocaches can be taken no later than 18:00. At night the geocache is unavailable, and daredevils trying to convince themselves may encounter a nasty surprise.
Always put geocache in place, exactly where you found it. If you think there is a better place in the area for The geocaching then inform the owner, but do not change anything yourself. Thank you.
