The Pine Quarry was once one of several working quarries in the area. This a beautiful area and is where I found my first ammobox. While there are ticks (as in most woods), one does not have to bushwhack to find the cache. Parking is available on several surrounding streets but the trailhead abuts the nursing home on Chestnut Street (Permission is granted from the nursing home to park one car in the nursing home lot) and access is also gained from the end of Old Farm RdPark at: N42 02.852', W72 29.886'.
