This cache takes you to Tootsi peat fields. The southern part is not used anymore and they want to create a windpark there. Active peat mining goes in northern part of the field, in approximately 2000 hectares.
There is a forbidding sign, when you approach to the cache, but this is an old one and we have permission to drive further. We have to think about fire hazard, when it’s dry.
The cache is hidden higher than the ground and can be found in any weather, shorter people may need a tool.

Aare on peidetud Tootsi turbaväljade Tootsi poolsesse serva. Lõunapoolne osa turbaväljadest ei ole enam kasutusel ning sinna tahetakse luua tuuleparki, mille kohta kindlasti paljud meediast kuulnud. Aktiivne turba kaevandamine käib, väljade põhjapoolses osas umbes 2000 hektari suurusel alal.
Aardele lähenedes on ees küll keelumärk, kuid see on vananenud ning luba edasi sõita on olemas. Kuival ajal tuleb arvestada kõrge tuleohuga.
Aare on peidetud maast kõrgemale ja leitav iga ilmaga, lühemad inimesed võivad vajada abivahendit.
