This cache takes you to Nogopalu gravel quarry. In 2016 approximately 50 thousand cubic meters of construction gravel was mined from there. Sand and gravel are gathered here by the withdrawal of the ice and sedimentation of glacier rivers during last Ice Age. The nature of the material in the quarry is very changing, sand layers change to gravel, sometimes one can find even bigger detritus – pebbels, cobblestones and boulders.
The cache is hidden higher than the ground and can be found in any weather, shorter people may need a tool.

Aare viib sind Nogopalu kruusakarjääri juurde. 2016. aastal kaevandati seal suurusjärk 50 tuhat kuupmeetrit ehituskruusa. Kruus ja liiv on kogunenud Nogopalusse viimase jääaja jää taandumisel tekkinud liustikujõgedest settimise tulemusena. Karjääris leiduva materjali iseloom on väga muutlik, liivakihid vahelduvad kruusaga, kohati esineb suurel hulgal jämedamat purdmaterjali – veeriseid, munakaid ja rahnusid.
