Recent renovations to this building have included this cleverly designed what I am calling a "Rain Garden" to deal with drainage in a really interesting way. Also a lovely spot to sit and chat or enjoy a snack or picnic lunch.
There are quite a bit of stairs involved to get to cache to I have an increased difficulty rating. If needed one could use an elevator in one of the buildings to access.
Lots of Muggles pass through here, use caution, however they are college students and probably won't even question you

I tried to update the coordinates, as when I set it up I think I got a weird reading, but I'm not sure if it updated. People seem to be able to find it with the hint, so it seems okay enough. I will try and get readings again to be sure.
