This cache is located in the Reading Town Forest. However, you won't get lost in the woods looking for this cache. We found it to be an easy walk from the parking waypoint to the cache location. It's approximately 3/4 of a mile round-trip on mostly paved surfaces with little elevation change. The 2.0 terrain rating is only because of the distance. It's more of a walk than a hike. However, there are other caches in the Town Forest that will take you further onto the trail system if you choose to look for them.
The Reading Town Forest was created in April, 1930 when over 100,000 red and white pine, spruce, balsam, and scotch pine trees were planted by local Boy Scouts and other interested citizens. These "pine plantations" are now mature forests that cover 290 acres. There may be lots of muggles (and their dogs) on the trails, especially on weekends when the weather is nice, so be discreet and use stealth if the situation calls for it.
NOTE: There is (or used to be) a letterbox hidden nearby. If you find a plastic lock-and-lock container, that is NOT the cache.
