Zbudowana w latach 1900-1901. Od 1903 zamieszkala przez Wilhelma Mittelstaeda i jego małżonkę Kathe Eichhorst członków rodziny Dierigów.
Niemiecka rodzina Dierigów to twórcy bielawskiego przemysłu bawełnianego. Na bazie ich fabryk powstały po II wojnie światowej takie zaklady jak Bielbaw czy Bieltex.
Obecnie obiekt w rękach prywatnych w trakcie rekonstrukcji.

The German Dierig family are the creators of the Bielawa cotton industry. On the basis of their factories, such enterprises as Bielbaw and Bieltex emerged after the Second World War.
Currently, the object is in private hands during reconstruction.
