Once upon a time, way back in September 2012, Catkin&Golden found their first cache GC1415R at Wolbach Farm. Almost 1,400 caches later, Catkin has joined Golden in retirement, and can now pursue her side career, Geocaching, virtually full-time. In honor of this life milestone, I am placing a new Geocache at Wolbach Farm.
Since Catkin loves puzzles, this is a puzzle cache. Don’t panic—you don’t need an MIT degree to solve it. You will, however, have to read the story below carefully and do some research about Catkin’s former place of employment to find the cache.
Catkin’s day started with a phone call to the Power Plant. The LIGO Laboratory was dark, and important research was being held up! Unfortunately, they were no help, so she went to see her colleagues at the McGovern Institute. Thankfully they knew what was going on. A situation at Bosworth's Café had completely cut off power to over half of the campus.
The crazy kids at Next House had pulled off another ingenious MIT hack, stealing all of the power from the café to run a massive game of Tetris. The Facilities Department was working hard to restore power as the Department of Materials Science and Engineering had an important experiment scheduled to run that morning. The Campus Police were speaking sternly with the student suspects. Seeing everything was well in hand, Catkin headed back to her office recover from her hectic morning.
Thanks to the Sudbury Valley Trustees for permission to place a cache here, and for maintaining this and other properties for us all to enjoy. There is no need to disturb the stone walls; the cache is hidden in and under a beaver's favorite building material. As the signal is bouncy due to the tree cover, please make use of the hint below for the hide.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
