P&S #30 Traditional Cache

this was near the GZ of P&S #7 which was one of my favorite placements ever as you had to walk along a fallen 2 foot diameter tree trunk about 40 feet over some swampy terrain to grab a micro hanging from a dead branch.  that cache went missing a few years back and as i was walking back from finding another BS cache farther down the Pike and placing another P&S cache farther down the Pike it made sense to finally fill in this gap where #7 used to reside.
