I invite you to a street, that was called Aafrika (Africa), where lies an old horse station building built on 1876, but will probably be demolished soon. Near that it is the cache.
Competition itself is to find that street and in the end of that street is a bus stop (where are not many muggles) and in the bus stop (maybe the sign is taken down, because I guess there are no more buses today) there are the coordinates (you will need a tool, preferrably at night). Then you have to find the cache on these coordinates (there are many muggles' eyes!).
At the ground zero is a stadium Kalev, where you don't have to go!
Be careful! Lot's of muggles! Don't betray the hideout!

Kutsun teid võistlema endisele Aafrika tänavale, kus asub 1876 ehitatud vana hobujaamahoone, mida ähvardab lammutamine. Selle lähistel asub ka aare.
Võistlus ise seisneb endise Aafrika tänava lõpus olevas (tänaseks mitte nii mugurohkes) bussipeatuses (ehk pole seal enam isegi peatuse märki, sest busse seal vist enam ei sõida) koordinaatide otsimisest (õige abivahendiga, soovitatavalt öösel) ning seejärel ettevaatlikult mugude silmade rohkes kohas aarde leidmisest.
Nullis asub Kalevi staadion, kuhu ei ole vaja minna!
