Jean LaFoote was a trapper who like many of his period braved the very harsh Mass winters in the Berkshires, pre 1800. This cache is the "2nd. Edition" of this cache as critters completely destroyed the original cache. The original cache was a halloween prop of a leg and foot. After a twenty minute clean up of the forest floor of scraps of the original cache ; i quickly set up the "2nd. Edition" of this cache. The original was a micro placed in a regular size host and not winter friendly --- the 2nd. Edition of this cache has drastically changed! It is NOW WINTER FRIENDLY & IS A REGULAR size & a cache to boot! please have fun and enjoy! Thank you! Quiet Bear
