Cache is located right next the square. Thought it’d be safer to hide it in the park. If facing the mountains City Mayor’s office (Akimat) is the big building to the right of the cache, Public Museum (blue dome) to the left and the Residence of the First President of Kazakhstan right in front of you behind the fence. There’s a small mall under the square, which is currently under construction I believe. Many fountains around and nice place for a walk, especially in the evening.
