The 2015. Viljandi community budget voting was won, with 305 votes, by the idea to renovate the beach of Paala lake. Renovated beach opened in 30.05.2016. During renovation a lot of mud was excavated, the beach was expanded and more sand was brought. They also placed rocks to border the beach and bench swings.
To find the cache go to the coordinates, look around and count the following:
A – amount of boards on the wooden border from the rocks to the terrace of the lifeguard booth.
B – amount of spring swings
C – amount of ventilation holes on the lifeguard booth
D – amount of round windows on the playgound boat
E – amount of slides on the playground boat
F – amount of boards on bench swing
G – amount of bench swings

2015. aasta Viljandi kaasava eelarve hääletusel võitis 305 häälega Paala järve ranna korrastamise idee. Korrastatud rand avati 30. mail 2016. Korrastamise käigus kaevati välja muda, laiendati randa ja toodi juurde hulganisti liiva. Lisaks paigaldati piirdeks kivid ja randa kiiged.
