This is an easy cache near the beginning of Cotton Brook Road, about 300 feet from an all season parking area. In the warmer months, this road is popular with walkers and mountain bikers. This time of year, the road can be driven about a mile to a canoe launch along the Little River. This cache, a short distance from the road, can be a park & grab in the summer. You may prefer to park at the parking coordinates and enjoy the short and flat walk.
Permission has been granted by the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation for the placement of this cache, as it lies in the Mt. Mansfield State Forest.
