Not exactly, but it does save a good 15-20 minutes if you had to go around this location to get to Williamsburg. This road had been closed for 10 years, due to the bridge. Opening up, the expressway begins, or at least we hope they go slow. What turned into a popular walking path is now back to a shortcut of travel.
