[EST] Paul Kondas (31. märts 1900 – 7. august 1985) oli Eesti maalikunstnik, naivist. Kondase maasikaid teavad kõik, kes Viljandis on käinud, kuid kas teadsite, et Kondasel on omanimeline park, maja, sild ja skulptuur Suure-Jaanis.
Kondas oli 1930. aastail Suure-Jaani kooli direktor ning seetõttu on maja, kus varem oli kool ja hetkel asub kultuurimaja ja raamatukogu, tema nimeline. Ka park maja ümber on tema poolt rajatud ja kannab seeläbi tema nime. Park on seega suurepärane koht temale pühendatud skulptuuri jaoks. 2021.aastal avati ka üle järve kulgev Kondase sild ja 2022 aastal otsustasime meie temale pühendada ka oma esimese peidetud aarde.
Aarde nullpunktis asub skulptuur ning selle juures näeb üsnagi palju Suure-Jaani inimeste jaoks olulist. Neist 10 on ära peidetud sõnarägastikku. Need kõik üles leides saad teada aarde koordinaadid.
[ENG] Paul Kondas (31 March 1900 - 7 August 1985) was an Estonian naive artist. Kondas' strawberries are known to everyone who has visited Viljandi, but did you know that Kondas has a park, a house, a bridge, and a sculpture in Suure-Jaani named after him.
Kondas was the headmaster of the Suure-Jaani school in the 1930s, and so the building that used to be the school and now houses the cultural center and library is named after him. The park around the building was also built by him and thus bears his name. The park is therefore an ideal place for a sculpture dedicated to him. In 2021, the Kondas bridge over the lake was opened and in 2022 we decided to dedicate our first hidden cache to him.
The sculpture is located at the zero point of the treasure, and you can see quite a lot of what is important to the people of Suure-Jaani. 10 of them are hidden in a word puzzle. Finding them all will tell you the coordinates of the cache.
