Babson Outing Club (BOC) Cache No. 3 - Suskind's Pond

This is a very quick and straighforward cache with one purpose: to showcase a beautiful, yet often overlooked natural feature of campus. While more of a wetland than a pond, Suskind's Pond is fed by a small creek originating from the local Fuller Brook system. With its neverending cattails and bleached reminants of long-gone trees, it truly is a sight to behold. It is affectionately named for campus champion of sustainability Eliyahu Suskind 24', who - in fact - played a crucial role in the installation of Babson's first geocache as the college's community garden director (GC9K0F4). Many students often drive by the pond on their way to and from the Woodland dorms, but don't pay much attention the the stunning natural beauty out their car window.
