[EST] SP ehk "Sindi pargid" seeria viib geohoolikud Tori valla keskuslinna, kus ühtedel andmetel on 23, teistel 25 ja kolmandatel 32 parki. Neist kaks, Kiriku ja ja Sõpruse park on looduskaitse all. Ametlikult laiuvad Sindi pargid kokku 47 hektaril. Haljasalade rajamist alustati Sindis juba 1834. aastal, kui pärast kalevivabriku valmimist asus siia elama mitmeid välismaiseid spetsialiste, sealhulgas aednik.
Postimaja park. Võimalik, et park sai nime Eesti Posti 2002. aastal ehitatud postimaja järgi, mis kümnekonna tegutsemisaasta järgi uksed sulges. Mõned aastas tegutses majas rentnik, kes pidas samas õdusat Krulli kohvikut. Kui 2012. aastal küsis postiettevõte hoone eest 225 000 eurot, siis 2018 ostis Tori vald maja koos "sana ja sarvedega" 133 000 euro eest ja kolis sinna Sindi linna raamatukogu.
[ENG] The SP or "Sindi Parks" series will take geoholics to the central town of the municipality of Tori, where some say there are 23 parks, others 25, and still others 32. Two of them, Kiriku and Sõpruse parks, are under nature protection. Officially, Sindi's parks cover a total of 47 hectares.
Post House Park. The park was possibly named after the post house built by Eesti Post in 2002, which closed its doors after ten years of operation. For a few years, the building was occupied by a tenant who ran the cosy Krull café. In 2012, the postal company asked €225,000 for the building, but in 2018, the municipality of Tori bought the building for €133,000 and moved the Sindi City Library into it.
