Some History:
Before it was known as Babson College's Woodside Dormitories, this area was a Sanitarium owned by one Dr. Walter Channing. The Sanitarium housed many notable patients including Elise Hall - the first American woman saxophonist, and Starr Faithfull - the infamously murdered socialite. The Sanitarium ran until 1951, when our beloved quirked-up founder with a little bit of swag Roger Babson bought it. Initially, he considered keeping it an asylum as he was also interested in psychology apparently (because of course he was). However, he decided in the end to fold it into his blossoming business school: the Babson we know and love.
Your Mission:
You are a new recruit for Professor Sid G. Nall's Bureau of Exploration - an elite society of the best and brightest adventurers the world has to offer. Before members of your bureau can search for the long lost treasure of Channing Sanitarium (see: BOC #6 - The Treasure of Channing Sanitarium aka GCA13BB), you need to at least have a clue of where to start. The bureau has speculated that there may be some information about the treasure within the sanitarium paperwork.
Bad news, a no-good hospital warden took off with the paperwork while fleeing the sanitarium. Good news, the spirits of the mad enacted revenge upon him as he was leaving via the heavily wooded driveway, causing him to be eternally lost in the woods. It is up to you to discover and recover the lost paperwork by solving the code below BEFORE venturing out and then beginning your mission by entering the woods via the long abandoned sanitarium driveway, which has been marked on your map (as a trailhead waypoint).
We set the basis of our institute ten miles off in 18A9.
Excluding corridors, the initial floor of our social and treatment edifice has B separated chambers.
Our resident saxophonist was first commissioned in 190C.
