Babson Outing Club (BOC) Cache No. 16 - Stuck Between A Rock (Market) And A Hard Place

Going to the posted coordinates will take you not to the cache, but rather a unique plaque commemorating an unusual event. On September A, 19BC, our quirked-up swagalicious founder, Roger Babson did something quite incredible. He predicted the stock market crash that lead to the Great Depression BEFORE it happened in 19DE! If there weren't lots of historical evidence, including eye-witnesses, I wouldn't have believed it myself! Thus a plaque was commissioned by the President of Babson from 19FG to 19HI.
The cache is (C-B)E meters away from the cache at a bearing of GIE. Parenthesis ≠ Multiplication. Good luck!
