This is an offset multi-cache placed for SEMAG Meet & Greet #100 - The Centennial Event (GCA56E4). The posted coordinates are virtual and bring you near a sign that has information about the area. These coordinates are also a good place to park if you do not have a vehicle with very good off-roading clearance. Once you have the coordinates, the cache will be a medium-length down Copicut Road, or a park and grab if you have the vehicle to drive down it.
There are nine terms on the sign under the word PROHIBITED, with three in each column. Assign a number to each one, going down the columns and starting from the top left (Motorized vehicles = 1, Caping or fires = 4, Taking stones or vegetations = 9, etc). After giving each term a number, use the math below to get the coordinates for the cache.
