Kohalik kogukond on juba viimased kuus (?) aastat ühendanud jõud ning vabatahtliku töö tulemusena on üle 40 akna saanud justkui uue hingamise. Ettevalmistusprotsessi alustatakse tavapäraselt mitu kuud enne  akende avamist, mootorite ja tulede soetamiseks kogutakse  raha ka Hooandja projekti kaudu

Juba kuuendat korda järjest avati 5. detsembril taaskord Väätsa rahvamaja vaateaknad, et pakkuda teile muinasjutulist jõulukogemust.
Dekoreeritud ja liikuvad vaateaknad on Väätsa kogukonna looming ja suurepärane jõulukogemus kogu perele.
 

„Mitte kunagi varem ei ole olnud kõik rahvamaja 46 akent kaunistatud. Ja mitte lihtsalt kaunistatud! Üks kolmandik vaateakendest ka liigub, pöörleb, lehvitab ja lendleb. Suur hulk neist on mingil kujul liikuma pandud,“ kiidab kohaliku kogukonna liige ja vaateakendeprojekti seekordne eestvedaja Evelin Parts.

"Kogukond tuleb kaasa. Ja muide, see on nüüd laiemaks läinud, ka kõik Väätsa ümbruskaudsed tulevad siia. Selles mõttes on väga lihtne – häid ja toredaid asju tahavad inimesed koos alati teha," (Maaleht)

Vaateaknad on avatud 5. detsembrist 2023 kuni 5. jaanuarini 2024, 24h ning vaadeldavad õuest.

The local community has already joined forces for the past six (?) years, and as a result of volunteer work, more than 40 windows have been given a new lease of life. The preparation process usually starts several months before the opening of the windows, money for the purchase of engines and lights is also collected through the Hooandja project

For the sixth time in a row, the shop windows of the Väätsa community center were opened again on December 5 to offer you a fairytale Christmas experience.
Decorated and moving windows are the creation of the Väätsa community and a great Christmas experience for the whole family.
 

"Never before have all 46 windows of the community center been decorated. And not just decorated! One third of the shop windows also move, rotate, flap and fly. A large number of them have been set in motion in some form," praises Evelin Parts, a member of the local community and this time leader of the window project.

"The community comes along. And by the way, it has now become wider, everyone from around Väätsa also comes here. In that sense, it's very simple - people always want to do good and nice things together," (Maaleht)

The viewing windows are open from December 5, 2023 to January 5, 2024, 24 hours a day and can be viewed from outside.
