„Uus rada võimaldab liikuda jalgsi, jalgrattaga ja elektritõukerattaga mööda kogu Lasnamäe rohekoridori ehk linnaosa piirist Kadrioru pargiga kuni Lasnamäe lõpuni Pirita jõe orus. Selle tee idapoolne osa on juba rajatud Tondiloo parki, praegu ehitatakse keskmist Tondiraba parki ning nüüd algab töö lääneosa projekteerimisega. Samuti ühendab uus rada sellega risti asetsevad jalakäijate teed ning Lindakivi ja Saarepiiga puiesteed ning Pae silla üheks süsteemiks, mis avardab oluliselt liikumis-, jalutamis- ja sportliku puhkuse võimalusi piirkonnas,“ sõnas Lasnamäe vanem Vladimir Svet.

The eastern part of this road has already been built in Tondiloo Park, the central one is now being built in Tondiraba Park, and now work is beginning on the design of the western part. Also, the new path will connect the pedestrian paths perpendicular to it and the Lindakivi and Saarepiiga boulevards, as well as the Pae Bridge, into one system, which will significantly expand the opportunities for movement, walking and sports recreation in the area,” said Lasnamäe elder Vladimir Svet.
