You are looking for a piece of nature in the woods only a few feet from the trail. Well, maybe more than a few feet. Once you've located the cache, you'll have to sign the log in order to claim a find.
This cache is within the Fitzgerald Lake Conservation Area, a short hike from the Cooke Avenue parking lot/trailhead. There are several other trailhead locations and many other caches, so you can get here from several directions.
The cache is winter-friendly. The trails are suitable for hiking and mountain biking, and snowshoes and cross-country skis in the winter. Leashed dogs are welcomed.
