The Greylock Glen is a beautiful spot for a picnic and geocaching. Many people come here to walk their dogs or just enjoy the serenity of the surroundings. Located at the base of Mt. Greylock, the highest peak in Massachusetts you will enjoy breathtaking views!
Mt. Greylock was also chosen by J.K. Rowlings, author of the Harry Potter Series, as the site of the fictional Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the USA. For a few years fans of the Harry Potter series gathered here to celebrate and enjoy the beauty of the mountain!!!
This cache is just off a well maintained trail, waiting to be found. Whether you plan to spend the day hiking on Mt. Greylock or just taking a simple stroll around the Glen, it's great to be able to find a cache or 2 along the way. This should be an easy find.
You're looking for a clear lock-n-lock, not winter friendly.
