Fox Valley: Prospect Hill Road Traditional Cache

This cache is located within the Fox Valley Wildlife Sanctuary. It is located in the highest area of the santuary where it abuts Prospect Hill Road.  Prospect Hill Road is an old dirt road that does not appear to be open to the public. You may have cell service here if you need it.

Notes / advice:

• See the waypoint for parking
• Mobile coverage is limited in this area, so be sure to download your caches for offline access
• Be prepared for ticks and mosquitos
• The trail is not well maintained, very uneven as well as wet in places.  Wear supportive, water-resistant footwear.
• The trail is reasonably well marked. Keep your eyes on the trail markers when the trail seems to disappear.
• You will pass through vegetation that is waist-high. Wear long pants and a long sleeved shirt.
• Fox Valley is an amalgamation of different parcels donated to Mount Grace by different landowners, therefore hunting and fishing are allowed only on the Hazeltine parcel (~ the northern 50 acres).
