The posted coordinates lead to an engraved rock dedicated to a family with names listed. To get the cache coordinates, input the name (five letters) at the bottom of the second column. There are eight first names divided into two even columns so this should be easy enough to determine. Doing so correctly will reveal the cache coordinates.
