Geocache Description:

Inspired by the following links; (http://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/leisure_heritage/corp_history/coal_posts.htm) & (http://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/leisure_heritage/corp_history/coal_tax_posts.PDF) this is our fourth cache and one of the London Coal Post Series, there are only another 197 or so Coal Posts to go!!!.

This is a fairly easy cache to reach, along well marked footpaths. Parking is available nearby at Coach & Horses at the bottom of St Leonards Road, walk up the hill on the wide grass verge until the start of Colemans Lane. This is where the footpath starts, don't worry about the 'Private' sign, that is only to keep cars out. On the way up the path you will pass Coal Post #18, this is not our cache site, too public. Past a few houses, one with a fb dog!!! Onto the wooded path and you should soon find Coal Post #19.

Now you are very close to the cache, within 10m. Where you will find the following....

Small 1 litre Tupperware box, containing;

Jester
Tow truck
Bubbles
Disposable camera (first 27 please take a pic)
Toy car
Highlighter
Rubber

Good luck,

SteveB67 and 'The Two Victorian Gentlemen'

ps. be sure to check out the views of the Lee Valley from the field beyond Coal Post#19
