Geocache Description:

This cache is located within the Sweet Pond State Park in Guilford, Vermont. From Route 5 in Guilford, follow Guilford Center Road until it ends; bear left at the fork onto Sweet Pond Road. Entrance to the park is 2.6 miles on the left. Follow the signs to the parking area.

From the parking area, follow Sweet Pond trail, which is a one-mile loop back to Sweet Pond Road. The cache is about a half-mile in. It is about 50 feet off the trail. We suggest completing the loop, as it is a very nice walk with some nice views of the pond.
