Look around from a tower located in a lovely picnic place.
The Cache is a rounded food box with approximately 6cm height and 16cm diameter covered by a plastic stack which is placed under the root of a fallen tree.
You will find the cache in the forrest about 95 meters far from the tower in North direction. During hiding the accuracy of the GPS was about 8 meter.
How to get there?
Driving out from Veszprém on the 8th road in North direction at the cross ( N 47 06,648 ; E 17 51.956) keep on the one lane concrete road to Csatár. Find the crucifix at N 47 06.232, E 17 51.217 then turn left and folow the red trail-marking to the chapel. The last 200 meter can be dificult in rainy or icy weather so cars should be left here. Reaching the towel takes about 5 minutes on feet if you follow the red triangle sign.
Do you know whrere the centre of the World is? Maybe here. Nobody stated it neither I did. Come here to Csatár near Veszprém, wich offers beautiful view and look around.
This is a very speeciall tower. Why? Because form this date nice people come here to find something so called geobox. The cachers are coming alone or with others, on feet or any other way to find the box. Some of them bring and take some gifts or cache any write their name in the logbook and make registration on the geocaching home page. Some guys like netcaching as well. They try to find out the watchword from a heated room. Some help to them: The watchword is a year and you will found it on the 1st page of the logbook.
Attention!
The box can be found on 365 day of the year from Monday to Sunday only.
What you will see there?
There is a chapel, a newly built tower and a lovely bottle party place on the mountain. Looking around from the tower you can see the city of Queens and the hills of Bakony and Balaton highlands.
