Geocache Description:

Another section of the Northern Rail Trail to explore! This is an easy 2 stage cache. The trail is wide and level (although a bit muddy at times...)Total round trip distance is approximately 1 mile. **This is a Farrly cache** adopted by flyingfisher in August of 2007. It's one of flyingfisher's favorite caches along the rail trail.

Park at N 43 38.714 W 072 00.750 behind the Canaan Cash Market. The first stage micro contains 2 sets of coordinates. One for the cache itself and one for a clue. Obviously you don't *need* the clue coordinates but they're there is case you have trouble finding the cache (so don't forget to write them down)- in fact, the clue may be harder to find than the cache! The cache is a small decon container (please make sure to get the lid back on tight). It contains a log, a pencil, a pencil sharpener and yes, you guessed it, marbles! All kinds of marbles and nothing BUT marbles. Little marbles, big marbles, plain marbles, fancy marbles and some really special marbles. So dig around your house for a stray marble (doesn't everyone have at least one stray marble left over from some old game rattling around the house?), if you want, personalize it somehow and then come swap for one of the marbles in the cache. In truth, I haven't lost my marbles- I know exactly where they are. The thing is... YOU have to find them. Happy hunting.
