Tõrva's Town Hill stays to the left shore of river Õhne. In addition to the 13-17 metre high slopes the one-time castle had a river on one side and a swampy meadow on the other side as a natural defence. In South-East and North-West the access was blocked by an artificial moat. Along all the Estonian castles Tõrva's Town Hill is one of the greatest not only in size but also in the difficulty of the construction.
In addition, there are no ruins left of the area and the place is purely natural. Once you have successfully got passed all the obstacles made by the ancient Estonians, you should be at the highest point of the area, a GPS will lead you there as well. The cache itself is about 35 metres towards the sunrise.
