Geocache Description:

Roads and trails

Here’s a cache in Ashburnham that is located in the vicinity of the former roadbed of the Ashburnham Railroad that ran from Ashburnham to South Ashburnham. This is slated to become a bike path in the future. The coordinates shown are those for the parking, not the cache. The two caches are Cache is a camoed lock and lock box.. The start of the railroad bed is a little obscure, it's across the street from the parking between the new housing development and RT. 101 (Central St.) with a big rock to keep vehicles out. Originally you were required to find two nearby caches to get the coordinates for this one. Unfortunately one of the hides was archived. The Final location is now on the page. Have fun !
