Originally released as number 2 of a series of 5 travel bugs set to explore the world of geocaching and find out exactly how widespread the concept has become and see which bug manages to travel the furthest from it's start in the north east england before I finish uni in the summer of 2010. As I have since finished uni I hope to further my understanding of geocaching and continue to explore the world via my travel bugs.
I have recently finished a final year University Achitecture project which highlighted the benefits of geocaching in education and how integrating technology can encourage new interest in areas many have forgotten. The project has taught me a lot about the concept of geocaching and how caching enables you to explore the areas in a new way. I would like to thank everyone who has taken a few added moments when leaving feedback to explain their own experiences of geocaching. Whether this was how they first discovered geocaching, what they enjoy about geocaching, and any advice they have given about geocaching etc... I hope fellow cachers continue to leave detailed feedback where possible including photos as myself and fellow cachers can learn alot from the experiences of one another. 'Many Thanks'
