After attending our big family Christmas get-together in Escondido, we stopped by Felicita Park before heading home to Ventura County. Found some legal street parking (the parking lot was closed for Christmas) and walked in through an open stile near the playground. Didn't see the trail until we had been looking for about ten minutes, and then only because some folks came walking by on it 😮 Had a heck of a time with readings under the trees, and were about to give up on it when we saw a likely spot (one of dozens) that had sticks: voila! Traded T-Bugs, and added a geocoin 🙂 Hope that it has a long and happy journey! Hard to beat a spot of Christmas caching: thanks!
