After enjoying several of Tampa’s Gasparilla Festivites, “The Mighty Captain” ended up shipwrecked on Fantasy Island in Tampa Bay, with a Mighty Hangover… Yo Ho Ho, Too Many Bottles of Rum! This is only the beginning of the journey.
