We boarded the ship on Friday and left Seattle for Alaska. On board the ship, GeoPig treated us to several spa treatments, gourmet food, and wonderful entertainment during our day at sea Sunday. We had fun visiting Ketchikan and riding the Ketchikan Ducks but we decided to stay in this cache for a while. GeoPig promised to post pictures of us having fun here when she gets home.

GeoPig has kept the TBs quite busy the past couple days. Yesterday they rode the Seattle Ducks, did some souvenir shopping, visited the Public Market, found a couple caches, met Shaggy, Scooby, and Velma and ended the day with dinner at the top of the Space Needle. Today began with a tour of Underground Seattle, they visited several sites from Roadside America, saw the Freemont Troll, and - the highlight of their day - they visited Groundspeak Headquarters. GeoPig has some great pictures she'll upload when she gets home.

GeoPig planned a pretty hectic day for the TBs. The very first stop was breakfast at the Pig’N Pancake. Of course, GeoPig picked the restaurant. 😁 Then they found a webcam in Astoria, OR followed by a trip up the 164 stairs at the Astoria Column. They found a few more caches before heading over the big Astoria-Megler bridge. Then it was on to Long Beach, WA to see the world’s biggest frying pan and another webcam. On their way to Raymond, WA they made a quick stop at this cache. In Raymond, they saw the many metal “people” who lined the streets. The next stop was Olympia, WA for blacklight golf with 3D glasses. The TBs were very disoriented from the blacklights, the florescent colors, and the 3D glasses. They had so much fun, it was hard for them to stop laughing long enough to golf. The last stop was a quick dinner before meeting OhJoy! to find a few caches and welcome some new friends. The TBs and GeoPig are fast asleep while geopig #2 gets stay up and log their caches. 😁 GeoPig will upload pictures when she gets home.

GeoPig and the TBs started out the day by finding the Original Stash Cache and meeting several cachers there. They saw more Roadside America sights including a big Paul Bunyan, lunch at a haunted pizza parlor, and a huge rotating illuminated loaf of bread. They ended the day by finding a webcam.
