Tortoise has won the great cross country race against Hare ("slow but steady" and all that...). He had a great time in Newfoundland, and just missed his owner, so he will try to make his way back to BC and Mile 0 of the Trans Canada Hwy on his own.

Hare and Tortoise were in a race from Mile 0 in Victoria BC to Mile 0 in St. John's NL. Thanks to Gilligan and MaryJane for posting the finish line photo �� Check out Hare's progress by using TB152KQ to look him up. Tortoise is now on his way back home to the West Coast.
