Current Goal

This "Evil Frog Dude" wants to go to the Amazon Rain Forest and then back to the USA. We will be WATCHING it!!!! Please move him along quickly, for we are afraid he might cast an evil spell if held too long!!

About This Item

The 2008-GeoKids from the Le Sueur Youth Opportunities Advanced group (11 - 15 yr.olds) have grabbed this TB from their "Geezer Mentor" (Intl_family) and will get it started towards Brazil. Although we had hoped to get it started in a geocache in the Ney Nature Center where deformed frogs were found a few years ago by the New Country School Students, we didn't have time today. We will start it along the Hwy 169 corridor.

I had a little tracker thing, and every time I found a way point then we would go to a different thing, and finally when we got to the GeoCache thing I opened it up and I saw a traveller bug. It was under a rock hidden by a few rocks.

Found this fancy frog freshly on his way to Brazil and apparently snatched him before his owner's could even log him as placed! We will hand him off to a nice team who can get him closer to his goal but we couldn't pass up the chance at a TB! I think we saw geokids out on the same day that we were adventuring. Thanks for sharing the bug!

Evil Frog Dude was grabbed from our Geezer Mentor (Intl_family) and prepared for this hazardous journey to the Amazon and back. We spent the afternoon making TBs and Caches and on the way Home we will put this in one of Last Year's YO-KIDS caches (Le Sueur Rocks) Good bye EFD!

In our first session of the Advanced GeoKids class I let the GeoKids grab the new Dog Tag TB and together make the "Evil Frog Dude". We were going to place it in a new multi cash at the Ney Nature Center, but ran out of time that day. Intl_family.
