Welcome to the "Uckermark" Region!
In the North-East of Brandenburg, 80 km from Berlin, next to Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Poland, you find the Uckermark.
With 3058 km² this the largest county in Germany.
With only 142000 inhabitants, it is one of the most sparsely populated regions of Germany - best conditions for peace and recreation in nature.
Fertile land, pure air, clear water in nearly 400 lakes, rivers and streams characterize the Uckermark.. In this nice area, you can find a lot of interesting, diverse caches. Most of them were hidden by "Söhne der Uckermark" (community of cachers in the region Uckermark).
