I designed this travel bug to be handed from one cacher to another. I suppose it could be hidden with a cache but I think it might make some finds a little confusing. I would rather however for this bug to be a reason for cachers to meet face to face, exchange some stories and maybe some geocaching knowledge. If you are an experienced cacher take it to a new cacher that you notice logging in your area.If you're a new cacher find someone in your area that has alot of finds or hides, take it to them and learn something.Above all have fun and take care of the Traveling Cache Travel Bug. Please include in your log the Lat-Longs where it was handed off and the Geo-name of the person that you handed it to.
This travel bug is attached to a small ammo can painted up with some nice speckled paint.I have stocked it with caching supplies. Please help keep it stocked so it might be a help for a new cacher that comes across it.
Please log it when you take possession and make sure the person you give it to does the same. You can log it by person A dropping it into a cache and person B retrieving it from that cache. That way it will accumulate miles.Log it as a grab if someone fails to do this.
Again,I would rather this bug be placed person to person and not left with a cache.
