Quetzalcóatl

Quetzalcóatl - The Feathered Snake

(Pronounced Ke-tzal-co-atl)

This god is one of the most important deities in ancient Mesoamerica (region of North America that extends to most of Central America). In the nahua culture he was responsible for life, light, fertility, agriculture and civilization, sometimes seen as lord of the wind. 

This trackable is a small replica of an incredible 20 meter petroglyph that shows Quetzalcóatl in it's feathered serpent form, and it can be found in the archeological site of Xochicalco (south of Mexico City). Help this god travel the world to discover other ancient cultures!

Der der Geocaching TB sollte heute weiter reisen. Wie das Schicksal so spielt, ist weder der Schlüssel vom TB Hotel vor Ort und der TB lässt sich nicht Retrieven 🫣 mal schauen, was ich machen lässt..
