1/11/2020 New Trackable - SWAG
I was caching one day and as usual there was swag in the cache, but this swag was extra special! And I thought to myself this swag was so great that it needed to be shared with other cachers and caches. So I traded and made it into a TB.
Did you know, the acronym SWAG stands for "stuff we all get" and originally referred to promotional items.
In Geocaching, SWAG refers to the (non-trackable) trinkets that are placed in caches. Cachers are expected to trade equal or up if they remove a piece of swag from a cache. Swag can be kept, but trackables should not.

11/26/2007 Original Trackable - Ugly Moose (2249.2 miles)
I love moose being from Northern Maine, and I miss seeing moose now that I have moved to Virginia and there are no moose here. So I saw this little moose in a cache container as geoswag, so I had to take him home with me to make me a little less homesick. But he is kind of ugly, pretty much like a real moose, so don't leave him behind just because he isn't cute and fluffy. :) I also miss the beauty of the snow in Maine, but I don't miss the cold. So I am going to send this moose out for me to brave the cold and have him bring me some pictures of snow. I want my ugly little moose to travel around this winter and have his picture taken with anything to do with snow. Then after the snow is gone this spring please have him make his way back to Dumfries, Virginia. If you don't have real snow where you live, the fake stuff would work too. His best route would to be to visit the northern states that get a lot of snow.
