Rob (he told us he likes to go by that) has stayed with us doggies, Big Doggie, Lil Pup and Lil Lil Pup in Northern California for the past few weeks on a Christmas holiday. He felt this was an appropriate place as he was to go to Woodland areas and we live on WOODLAND Avenue. There is good weather here as well. The city of San Rafael is 10 miles North of San Francisco. Rob has had some photos added to his caching vacation album. He is ready to get back on the road and see where life takes him next.

    • Rob and Chris Moyles Rob was able to have a little sound of home as he listened to cheeky Chris Moyles on his BBC Radio 1 breakfast show over the internet from California. Rob found out Chris Moyles is popular in America.
    • Rob and Reindeer Rob got to visit Santa's wonderland. Here he is meeting one of the reindeer. He was told to not feed them carrots as it causes horrible reindeer farts!
    • Santa and tree decoration Rob met Santa during the big operation of moving the ornaments to decorate the Christmas tree. Here he is with a snowman, cable car, panda bears, and large grandfather clock ornaments. Rob really got a good picture of what goes on leading up to Christmas
    • Rob in Santa's sleigh Santa let Rob sit in his sleigh. Here he is with Hans the elf who is one of the sleigh's present loaders.
    • Rob with Santa's Bears Santa took Rob to meet some of his bear friends, Bobby and Betty.
    • Rob and the Polar Bear Rob got to meet one of Santa's polar bears.
The polar bear and Rob quickly became friends
    • Rob sledding Rob had fun sledding (sledging to all of you in England). Here he is with one of Santa's doggies sledding in the snow

    Missing?

March 24 by BachFam (189 found)

Cache is in good condition. I'm dipping a coin that we retrieved to make sure the mileage is recorded. However, all three other trackables are absent as should be logged as missing.

Dropped Off 11/20/2009 Gealabhan placed it in grandma's birthday Nevada - 129.22 miles  Visit Log

Dropped this one off in a beautiful forest that he should enjoy. However, he might be a bit chilled since there was about a foot of snowfall after I dropped him off.

Retrieve It from a Cache 11/10/2009 Gealabhan retrieved it from How Many F.R.O.G.S. Can You Fit in a Boat? California   Visit Log

This bug was such a perky little fellow that I couldn't resist rescuing him from a boat. I plan to take him in a week and a half up to Tahoe, a nicely wooded area.
