Found by a Morgan Hill Pack 700 Webelo! Nice bug, do a tracing on the scout coin face for the concealed message. Pity, we passed by the "Baden Powell House" in London two years ago, if only we had known... :)

Scouted out a TB hotel near San Jose airport, but things were too busy nearby to drop this guy off. Will return in an off hour, hopefully get things moving...
