Stranahan

This whiskey travelers main mission is to revisit its birth place, the "Stranahan's" distillery. While there I hope to introduce the makers of this fine piece of heaven to another passion of mine, "Geocaching" (if they are not already geo-nuts like me). If I make it home please be sure to photograph the event for all to enjoy & ask "Jake" to share one my way, straight over ice(no water please). Along my journey I would like to explore any of of my carriers favorite; distilleries, bars, pubs, watering holes & experience their favorite under taking. But along with reaching my main goal I would love to visit some of my favorite competitors; Goerge T. Stagg, Gentleman Jack , Blantones, Jamesons, Mortloch, Captain Morgans, Absolute, to name a few.

PS - I've secretively always wanted to dance a gig in a real Irish pub & participate in a real German sing along...

Every bottle of the Finest whiskey, “Stranahan’s” I have ever come across, comes with its own two finger stainless shot glass just like this one. I was always a bourbon fan until I came across this small town Colorado girl. It pleasures you taste buds with a great bourbon flavor incorporated with a hint of sweetness & a slight scotch over tone. The shame of it for me any way, it is only sold in the Colorado area & I hail from Western PA. This bug is made from the last bottle of 4 I had brought back from a friend’s vacation. Stranahan’s strives after quality not quantity & as far as I’m concerned the tremendous flavor, is worth the effort & wait to obtain it. (visit link)
